Mt. Bachelor, located in Central Oregon’s Cascade Range, is a premier ski destination offering stunning panoramic views, consistent snowfall, and diverse terrain for all levels. While known for its incredible powder and open summit skiing, the resort also boasts plenty of intermediate-friendly runs, with long, scenic groomers and rolling blue trails perfect for cruising. With 4,323 acres of ski-able terrain and a 3,365-foot vertical drop, skiers can enjoy everything from gentle tree runs to wide-open bowls. A modern lift system, excellent ski schools, and a laid-back atmosphere make it a fantastic choice for skiers looking to explore a vast and varied mountain. Plus, with Bend, Oregon, visitors can enjoy a vibrant après-ski scene, craft breweries, and cozy mountain-town charm.

NOTE: Prices below are estimated since airfare routes and pricing are not yet available for the dates of the trip. Prices might go up or down depending on the actual airfare cost.

Flight itinerary
Flights for this trip have not been published by airlines yet. This document will be updated once our flights are booked.

Included in the price:
● Round trip airfare Philadelphia to Redmond, Oregon.
● Round trip transfer between Redmond and Bend with a grocery stop
● 7 nights lodging at Newberry Hotel (formerly Doubletree) (Tapestry Collection by Hilton)
● Baggage handling at the hotel
● Daily breakfast at the hotel
● 5 day lift ticket
● Daily shuttles to/from the mountain

Lift tickets:
Lift tickets are included in the price of the trip (subtract $300 from the package price if a lift ticket is not needed). If in addition to this trip you are planning to ski other IKON pass mountains next mseason, you can buy an IKON pass at our registered group rate, which is less than the publicly available IKON pass rate. Mt. Bachelor is on the Base IKON pass. Please email the trip leader
(iggie_k@yahoo.com) to request a link to purchase the IKON pass at a registered group rate. IKON passes must be purchased by May 1 to get the registered group price.

Hotel amenities:
● 2 queen bed hotel rooms
● Daily hot buffet breakfast
● Located in town of Bend, so close proximity to restaurants and stores
● Indoor swimming pool
● Indoor hot tub
● Fitness room
● Free shuttle to and from the mountain (2 timeslots in the morning and 2 in the afternoon)

Payment Schedule:
● $1000 at sign-up
● $1000 due October 10
● Balance due December 10
***Payments MUST be received by due date. Failure to do so could result in removal from the trip and payment of replacement penalties.

Trip Protection
Trip Protection is optional, but highly recommended.

NEW!!! Note that skiing (NOT snowboarding) is now considered as Adventure Activities and is not covered under the new Travelex plans. For coverage of Adventure Activities, you need to purchase an Adventure Activities Upgrade for an additional minimal charge. This can be added to the insurance coverage plan you choose, up to your departure date.

*To be eligible for the waiver of pre-existing medical condition exclusion, the Ultimate protection plan must be purchased within 21 days from the time you make your initial trip deposit. However, either of the two plans can be purchased any time prior to departure.
